We seek a reliable, punctual, energetic full-time employee to cross-train in both Shipping & Receiving and Quality Control.

The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate an ability to perform detailed work accurately and efficiently as directed by a Team Leader or Manager;
• Have strong multi-tasking abilities;
• Perform work reliably while working independently with an ability to prioritize tasks for the overall benefit of the department and factory;
• Understand and utilize internally developed detailed work instructions and process controls;
• Demonstrate professionalism and trustworthiness;
• Have excellent communication skills;
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures;
• Assist with processing Costco orders, FedEx and USPS shipments, tracking supplies, and stocking inventory;
• Assist our Marketing Department with printing and cutting marketing materials and job stuffers;
• Work under pressure while maintaining deadlines, especially preparing orders for daily FedEx pick-ups;
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards;
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards;
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs;
• Care about the success of the team, our products, and our customers.
