User Study Proctor Team Lead

Location: Cupertino, CA Experience: 8–10 years Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year Key Responsibilities Manage & develop the Proctor Team – lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols. Uphold data integrity – monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are met. Plan & execute research – design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products. Develop & approve protocols – lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals. Collect & analyze data – oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results. Communicate findings – deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders. Collaborate cross‑functionally – partner closely with cross‑functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively. Must‑Have Qualifications Proctor research experience. Prior 6 months working with Apple Black or Ultra products. Manager experience. Human Factors research background. Desired Skills Data analytics. Information research and services.
