Litigation Attorney - Los Angeles,CA

Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard, a rapidly growing national litigation firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of civil litigation experience to join our expanding Los Angeles/Orange County team. Our office is located in Irvine, CA. This job is a remote position. We have a busy and challenging practice, but we also recognize the need for work‑life balance. At KTLF we represent manufacturers, healthcare providers and other companies in high‑stakes class action, product liability, medical device, and commercial litigation. Our practice is very fast‑paced and intellectually challenging. Strong academic credentials are a must. Applicants must be willing to travel a few days per month. We are trial lawyers, and we try cases around the country, so applicants must be willing to travel for trials as well. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions. J.D. from an ABA‑approved law school. Member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
