RN Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery

RN Nurse Manager – Labor and Delivery Full‑time leadership position at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. The unit is level‑3 NICU with high‑risk infants and offers opportunities from labor care to operating room circulation, PACU services, and high‑risk postpartum and OB triage. Key Responsibilities Under general direction and in accordance with the State of California Nurse Practice Act and the organization’s strategic plan, you will: Provide leadership, plan, organize, and supervise the Labor and Delivery unit personnel. Manage, report on, and provide resources for the unit. Perform related work as required to maintain quality delivery of care and patient safety. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university. California Registered Nurse license upon hire. National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire. Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an acute care hospital. Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $74.54 to $117.65 per hour. $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and payment conditions. Eligibility for the Leader Annual Incentive Program. Participation in the Leader Time‑Off Program.
