Job Description As an Office Manager, you will help with facilitating a smooth operation of the company’s day-to-day as well as long-term requirements and provide support across all the various teams. The ideal candidate is innately organized, resourceful and dependable. They have high attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Given the fast pace and the startup environment, they should have excellent collaborative and team-work skills. Responsibilities Day-to-day administrative operations in the company: Managing and booking meetings Reserving lab spaces for work and meeting rooms on a recurring basis Handling purchases, procurement and shipment/receipt of packages Researching and evaluating new back-office support systems Help with keeping lab and office space clean and organized Long-term administrative operations: Plan social events, corporate events and conduct company improvement surveys Organize travel arrangements of all employees and ensure all details are addressed Requirements Associate degree in related field (communications, OLS) Strong computer skills including business and productivity software (MS Office, calendar management, other cloud-based services) Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning and Project Management software (ClickUp) Excellent interpersonal, written, communication, resourcefulness and problem-solving skills Willingness and initiative to work and grow Must be able to help with solving problems and taking initiative without much input Related practical/prior experience in a professional office environment Benefits Flexible Health Benefits Package Posting Statement Ateios Systems is an equal opportunity employer committed to a culturally diverse workforce.
