Lyra Caregiver Assistance Program - Up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per eligible member per year

Coordinates, supervises and educates staff regarding activities associated with surgical instrument preparation, including instruments by procedure and instrument count sheets for assigned services. Organizes inventories and maintains sterile instrument inventory system for assigned services. Works collaboratively with departments to identify instrument needs. Assists in the training of personnel in general instrumentation procedures and specific complex instrumentation. Coordinates instrument repairs for surgical services.

Required qualifications:

* National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire -or- * National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire * 5 years of recent Sterile Processing experience

Preferred qualifications:

Associate's Degree Leadership experience

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
