Manager, Marketing Analytics & Partnerships

The Manager, Marketing Analytics & Partnerships, supports the execution of day-to-day projects while helping advance longer-term strategic initiatives across Pace University’s University Relations division. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations, this role works in close partnership with the Director to translate priorities into structured workplans, maintain momentum across active initiatives, and help move high-impact projects from concept through execution. The Manager, Marketing Analytics & Partnerships will serve as a hands-on project management partner across University Relations, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-through. The role will also support the evaluation of marketing campaign performance, using data and analytics to measure impact, identify performance trends and uplifts, and translate findings into actionable insights that inform future marketing strategies and investments. In parallel, the role will contribute to strategic initiatives such as space monetization and other projects routed by the Director of Strategy and Operations by gathering and synthesizing information, evaluating opportunities, developing business cases and recommendations, and identifying areas for operational or financial optimization. This role is well suited for an individual who is comfortable moving between execution and strategy.
