Litigator Wanted: Take Depositions, Lead Cases, Actually Practice Law Pay: $150,000 - $200,000 per year. Job Details The Transportation Law Group represents self‑insured employers and their third‑party administrators and excess carriers in occupational injury and illness disputes. We work closely with our firm’s Workers’ Compensation Group to provide a strategic and aggressive defense. Additionally, we monitor state and federal workers’ compensation regulations, and related legal concerns such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and unemployment compensation matters, as well as industry‑specific regulations and case law to ensure our clients’ policies and programs comply with the law. Responsibilities Take depositions and lead cases. Practice law independently in the transportation and workers’ compensation arena. Advise clients on general business matters and industry‑specific legal issues. Identify and pursue alternative dispute resolution when appropriate. Benefits Excellent benefits package.
