If you're energized by a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities to help people, we'd love to meet you.What you'll do:Build strong relationships with clients and family members through proactive communicationConduct client supervisory visits and reassessments to ensure satisfaction and update care plansResolve client concerns and service issues quickly and professionallyCoordinate with caregivers to ensure quality care deliveryAssist with staffing and scheduling to maintain appropriate client coverageTrain and coach caregivers on expectations and best practicesMaintain accurate documentation and ensure a clean, compliant EMRSupport hiring, onboarding, and orientation activities as neededCollaborate closely with operations leadership to improve client satisfaction and caregiver engagementTravel throughout the Park Ridge service territory for client visits and supervisory responsibilitiesWhat we're looking for:Required experience working in Home Care or Home HealthExperience in client services, staffing, scheduling, or care coordinationCNA certification preferredPrevious caregiving experience strongly preferredExperience using WellSky or another healthcare EMR preferredExcellent communication and conflict resolution skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesComfortable working independently while managing multiple prioritiesValid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travelSchedule:Monday-FridayTypical office hours: 8:30 AM-4:30 PMOn-site during trainingEligible for 1 work-from-home day per week after successfully completing training and demonstrating performance expectationsLocal travel throughout Cook, DuPage, and Kane CountiesWhy PurposeCare?Make a meaningful impact every dayBuild lasting relationships with clients and caregiversGrow your career within a rapidly expanding healthcare organizationWork alongside a supportive leadership teamHelp shape the future of home care in your communityIf you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and improving the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.
