Responsibilities : Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of advisory engagements, specific to SAP Finance and Controlling (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, etc.), for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsLead SAP business processes mapping as an Enterprise Architect. Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of IT advisory engagements, specific to FICO, for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsEvaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycleIdentify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnelAssist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposalsSupervise and provide performance management for IT advisory staff working on assigned engagementsQualifications : Minimum eight years of recent SAP applications related work, including at least one full lifecycle SAP FICO implementationBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate fieldDemonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and delivery in the Private Equity space: M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side, carve-outs)Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to create and sustain meaningful client relationshipsStrong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write at a publication quality level in order to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's senior management teamExperience with SAP Public Cloud (GROW), strong knowledge of Agentic AI and SAP Business AI preferredTravel as neededMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
