- Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments for residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Document patient progress and response to treatment
- Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques
- Requirements:
- Valid California Physical Therapist license
- Experience in long term care/geriatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Employment Type: Contract/Travel/Temporary
- Schedule: Full-time hours
