ServiceNow — Technical ArchitectThe client is seeking a dynamic ServiceNow Technical Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre-sales efforts including proposal development and Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor helping clients maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process/platform strategiesDevelop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical prioritiesConduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSMDesign and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworksFacilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution designConfigure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, and morePerform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessmentsManage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF)Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft proposals and SOWs; estimate effort, define scope, and align deliverablesRequirements / Must-Haves7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modulesProven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery (3+ years)Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations (3+ years)Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations (2+ years)Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions (2+ years)Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsRequired ServiceNow Certifications (By Level)Senior — CSA, CIS (2 or more of: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, HRSD, Discovery), PMP or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation
