While our portfolio is diverse, the one constant in every operation that we manage is our total commitment to our associates to put their career path, safety and success as our top priority, as well as to provide sophisticated, delicious food and warm service to our guests.Job SummaryAs the Concessions Manager you will be responsible for the overall operations of concessions to include accounting for daily receipts, ordering food and production items, operational and budget goals, staff relations, as well as enforcing all health and safety standardsResponsibilities:Responsible for the overall financial success of all concessionsDevelops and maintains positive working relationship with client and build staff especially in developing per performance concessions sales plans..Ensures strict compliance with cash handling procedures and reconciliation of the daily receipts and publish nightly sales reportsEnsures opening and closing duties have been successfully completedManages with entrepreneurial mindset while focusing on building and improving the business and patron experienceEstablish and maintain a positive and professional environment, as well as one that is safeEnsures the highest level of customer satisfactionEnsures the policies and procedures are enforced in a fair and consistent mannerEstablishes and maintains an exception associate relations through effective recruitment, hiring, positive motivation, training, development and disciplineManages the proper inventory of the concession, as well as stocking and restocking stand as needed, and initiate action to improve productRecommends and implements menu selection and pricingDevelops new concepts to increase existing revenue sources and concession sales and implements approved conceptsManages the daily cleaning of all concessions locations and equipment including any cooking machineryOversees proper maintenance and repair of concessions equipmentEnsures health and safety code complianceEnsures that all team members follow the alcohol compliancy best practices and in compliance with liquor regulations and implements required trainingAttends all meetings as requiredProduces monthly forecast of performance to budget and planManages the day's receipts and transporting of all money to the appropriate locationTracks revenue and labor on a daily basisKnowledge and compliance with policies and procedures as outlined under the Associate's HandbookCompletes all assignments and tasks as instructed by any member of managementQualifications and Skills:Minimum of three (3) years of management experienceInteracts professionally with multiple departmentsCommunicates effectively both written and verbalManagement Food Safety Certified or ServSafe and Alcohol CertifiedLifts, pushes, pulls and organizes up to fifty, (50) poundsWorks a flexible schedule for any day or timeSkillfully uses hands and fingers easilyStands and walks long period of timeMulti-tasked oriented and organizedComputer literateApply to Culinaire today!
