A fishing "up north" themed casual bar where the vibes are fun, upbeat, inclusive, and the menu is fish and sea-food focused.

Your Impact
As a member of our Bill's Bait Shop team you are integral to our customer experience. You work collaboratively with your team and with a sense of urgency. Regardless of your role you care about the customer experience and know quality food, drink and service are key to our success.
Responsibilities
- Effective communication with the Bill's Bait Shop team
- Serve food and drink within promised ticket times
- Uphold Bill's Bait Shop food and beverage consistency and quality
- Engage with coworkers and guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Adhere to our rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
