Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $45-55 per hour with negotiated sign‑on bonuses. Full‑time up to $10,000, part‑time up to $5,000. Position Dental Hygienist Key Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care under the general supervision of a dentist. Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Document patient history, charting, and treatment plans. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Assist with treatment coordination and provide compassionate service. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment. Experience working with children (70%+ patient base). Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with uncapped bi‑weekly production bonus. Monthly bonuses based on office performance.
