Working closely with the senior leadership teams in your business groups, you’ll deliver strategic solutions and expertise in all aspects of Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Talent Development. You will play a critical role in consulting and coaching internal clients on people management, and succession planning, including headcount forecasting and workforce planning, based on organizational goals and objectives.You enjoy solving problems and proactively leverage data, information, and technology to inform talent decisions and strategy. You possess strong business acumen, which includes understanding the financial and fiscal drivers of an organization. You’re an accomplished leader who both inspires and challenges cross-functional partners to do their best work. You are aware of best practices and emerging trends in the talent and people arena.
