Catering & Events Operations Partner II

Abbott seeks a Catering & Events Operations Partner II to manage food service setup, delivery, and breakdown for cancer diagnostics facilities in Madison, Wisconsin. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer service, sanitation, and organization while supporting onsite catering functions. Position is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and break down catering and event spaces with proper decoration and arrangement
• Transport food, serving ware, and equipment while adhering to health and safety standards
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment, utensils, dining ware, and work surfaces throughout service
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and serve as vendor contact for food deliveries
• Prepare food items including washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables for presentation

Requirements

• Serve Safe certification at hire or obtainable within 90 days
• Basic computer skills including email, internet, and word processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work standing 90% of shift
• Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship

Compensation: $17.00–$34.00 per hour
