General Pharmacy Technician

Cencora seeks a pharmacy technician for Methodist Community Pharmacy in Dallas to support retail pharmacy operations. The role involves processing medication orders, maintaining records, managing inventory, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Process medication orders and coordinate intake documentation to reduce delays
- Maintain pharmacy records and data entry for accuracy and audit readiness
- Monitor inventory levels and support material availability
- Resolve routine service issues and escalate complex exceptions appropriately
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve workflows
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years pharmacy support or healthcare operations experience
- Pharmacy technician certification preferred
- Customer-focused with multitasking abilities
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
