Licensed Therapist — Eating Disorder Specialist Thousand Branches Wellness | Arden Hills, MN Thousand Branches Wellness is seeking a compassionate, fully independently licensed therapist with specialized experience in eating disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns to join our growing clinical team in Arden Hills, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a newer program within our Intensive Outpatient setting, serving adults and adolescents through group facilitation and individual therapy. We are a collaborative, mission-driven team committed to care that feels person-centered, flexible, and evidence-based; drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches. Areas of Specialized Experience Eating disorders and disordered eating patterns Body image concerns and body dysmorphia Trauma and anxiety disorders Mood disorders Co-occurring mental health concerns Responsibilities Curriculum development and implementation Referral management, assessments and direct client contact (individual, group and family) Interdisciplinary treatment team planning Maintain confidentiality through good judgement Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities Treatment, discharge and safety planning Maintain active licensure and participate in payer credentialing Active participation in clinic consultation, supervision and collaboration Thorough and timely clinical documentation Active engagement in performance improvement Maintain a safe, respectful and collaborative work environment Organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines Monitor and manage client satisfaction through standardized measures Other duties as assigned About Thousand Branches Wellness Thousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication Management, and Individual Therapy.
