School IT Desktop Support Technician - Troubleshoot & Train
Dallas Independent School District
Dallas Independent School District seeks an IT Support Technician to ensure smooth operation of technology in schools and district offices. Troubleshoot hardware and software, diagnose issues, and repair products to support students and staff. You will assist campus-based technology users, escalate incidents to Tier II, train principals, teachers and staff, and support events with A/V equipment, software applications, and peripherals.
