HR & Payroll Specialist Higher Education

Arkansas State University-Beebe is seeking an HR Specialist located on the Beebe campus. The role develops and maintains HR and payroll processes, supports new hire orientation, and compiles new hire files. The position ensures compliance with ADHE, state and federal laws and serves as the first HR contact for staff. Primary duties include managing tuition discounts, form creation, and paperwork for HR and payroll while supporting payroll processing and cross-campus tasks as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
