Join our team as we make a real difference!Position Requirements:Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls/painting, plumbing, etc.Perform general plumbing repairs, including installation and repair of fixtures, faucets, toiletsAbility to crawl in small attic spacesInstall necessary appliances and equipment as neededCheck control panels and electrical wiring to identify issuesInspect grounds, buildings and playgrounds daily for safety/maintenance needsComplete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbsInspect, diagnose, and repair small engines if possibleInspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systemsCollaborate with a team of workers and other professionals for inspections and repairsReport to supervisor regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progressSet up/tear down for eventsOther duties as assignedPosition Requirements:Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Teaching Statements and Statement of Faith.Christian role model in attitude, speech, and actionHigh school diploma or equivalentProven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar positionBasic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsExperience working with tools, including hand and electrical toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGeneral passion for creative problem-solvingMust be able to work well as part of a teamAble to maintain confidentialityWillingness to travel to other campus locations to complete repairsMust be punctual and reliableKnowledge of OSHA rules and regulations related to the handling of cleaning supplies and chemicalsAbility to perform prolonged physical activity, including standing, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, handlingFirst-aid and CPR certified or willing to receive and pass certification trainingAbility to pass background check clearanceWork Hours:Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pmSalary Range:$22.68 - $27.68, depending on Experience and QualificationsBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Personal and Sick Leave, Employee Assistance Program, Leadership Development Program, Life Insurance, and a K-12 Child Tuition DiscountPosition Start Date:04/30/2026For more information, please contact the Human Resources Department at View email address on click.appcast.io Christian is an equal opportunity employer, with the right to prefer employees and prospective employees on the basis of religions and other exemptions applicable to religious institutions.
