This role supports production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, coaches employees, and helps achieve operational goals. Requirements Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to train, coach, and develop employees Experience working in a manufacturing environment Ability to read drawings and blueprints and use measuring tools Flexible and able to adapt to changing production demands Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Education & Experience Technical degree and 2+ years of related experience preferred , or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior manufacturing industry experience preferred.
