ScionHealth's Kindred Hospital Aurora is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a 37-bed LTAC setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians, family, and interdisciplinary staff. Responsibilities include administering medications, developing care plans, coordinating discharge planning, and ensuring safety.
