Job Opportunity – Long-Term Acute Care/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Colorado

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Patient ratio 1:6; shift-based coverage in a Long-Term Acute Care hospital setting with telemetry monitoring

Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medically complex patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) environment
• Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and evidence-based practices
• Work with ventilator/tracheostomy patients, central lines, and wound care cases
• Demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in care coordination
• Opportunity to develop advanced clinical competencies in a specialized care setting
• Multiple positions available

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Proven experience with ventilator and tracheostomy patient management
• Knowledge of central line care and maintenance
• Wound care experience strongly preferred
• Ability to delegate, supervise, and provide direction to nursing staff
• Commitment to maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education
