• Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00a-5:30p for two weeks
• Schedule Options:
  • 7:00a-3:30p
  • 8:00a-6:30p (4-day work week) – can choose any weekday off
  • 9:30a-8:00p (4-day work week) – can choose any weekday off
  • 11:30a-8:00p

What You’ll Do:

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on products or services
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services
• Assist callers with any questions regarding their mobile device
• Troubleshoot the device and the setup/provisioning of the device
  • Often this includes coordinating our efforts with the service provider and a technician
• Field customer questions and complaints
• When the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forward it to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
• Coordinate the efforts of service providers, IT Help Desks, MDM Administrators, and customers to maintain service expectations
• Act as an intermediary to prevent "up-selling" by service providers
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
• Perform data entry, administrative support, and clerical duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Six months or more of experience with customer service
• Must have basic computer and smartphone skills
• Experience working with wireless devices
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
