Pay Rate: $60 Per Hour

Job Description:

The Production Supervisor II will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met. This role will involve managing a team of production workers, monitoring production schedules, and implementing quality control measures to ensure that products meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet targets
Implement quality control measures to ensure product standards are met
Train and develop production staff to improve efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Prepare reports on production performance and make recommendations for improvement

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in a production supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience with lean manufacturing principles
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving abilities
