Job Summary And Qualifications We are currently seeking a Coordinator for Clinical Program Accreditation to join our team. As our Coordinator, you will coordinate efforts to achieve and maintain clinical program accreditation and improve clinical outcomes. While also collecting and analyzing clinical data, identifying trends, implementing performance improvement initiatives, and developing educational programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Your tasks and responsibilities may include: You will communicate effectively and work with physicians and/or other members of the interdisciplinary team in meeting patient needs. You will actively contribute to and work toward hospital wide improvement in meeting core measures, patient safety and service excellence goals. You will assess clinical data trends and identifies opportunities for improvement. You will develop and coordinate the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and identified best practices to address areas of need across the continuum of care. You will coordinate on-site surveys and mock surveys and consultations. You will educate leaders, staff, medical staff, and other stakeholders on accreditation process and requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Related Field required. Master’s Degree or Clinical Nurse Leader Degree preferred Three years’ experience in healthcare field; data collection and analysis experience Current Florida State Registered Nurse License Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills/Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc Benefits HCA Florida Brandon Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
