Responsibilities include cleaning work areas and machinery with industrial equipment and hazardous chemicals like floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, and pressure washers. Compliance with HACCP protocols, managing allergen risks, and preventing contamination are essential. You'll follow processes to maintain buildings and machinery, using advanced skills from training and experience.
