Regional Operations Manager

About the Role

We’re hiring a Regional Operations Manager for Yardie Corp in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a great fit for a strategic, data-driven restaurant leader with experience in multi-unit environments and wants to scale a growing, well-loved brand.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee operations across multiple restaurant locations
• Drive profitability through P&L ownership, cost control and performance tracking
• Develop and implement scalable systems, SOPs and operational standards
• Lead, mentor and hold General Managers accountable to performance goals
• Improve guest experience and service consistency across all locations
• Analyze data (POS, labor, inventory) to identify trends and opportunities
• Support expansion plans and collaborate with executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of restaurant operations experience
• 3-4 years as a General Manager
• 1-3 years of multi-unit management experience (3-5 locations minimum)
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor, food cost and financial performance
• Experience building systems and standardizing operations
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong analytical and tech skills (POS, scheduling, inventory systems)
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business (preferred)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
