  Salary: $113,000 – $149,000 Annually (Based on experience) + Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a reputable healthcare facility in King City, CA . This role offers the opportunity to work in both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings , helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
• Utilize a variety of rehabilitation techniques, tools, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with California State Practice Act and facility policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Active or eligible California Occupational Therapist License
• New graduates are welcome to apply (less than 1 year experience accepted)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
