What You'll Do:

****As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their risks and choose the right protection for their families.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and goals.
• Recommend personalized insurance solutions for auto, home, life, disability, and related products.
• Generate and follow up on leads from referrals, marketing, and agency opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in daily coaching, sales training, and team development.
• Build referral relationships that increase both customer value and your income.

This is consultative selling, not high-pressure sales. We focus on education, trust, and helping customers make informed decisions.

Successful team members:

• Consistently create quality conversations with prospective customers.
• Quote at least three new households each day.
• Produce approximately 50 new applications each month.
• Write at least two life insurance policies monthly.
• Build referral relationships that generate future business.
• Continuously improve through coaching and feedback.

Qualifications:

****We're looking for people who are:

• Positive and professional.

• Willing to obtain Indiana Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses immediately.

No insurance experience is required. Sales experience is helpful but not necessary. If you're willing to learn, we'll invest in your success.

Compensation:

****Expected first-year earnings:

$60,000–$100,000+
