Senior Asset Manager — Affordable Housing Portfolio

Homeowner’s Rehab, Inc. (HRI) seeks an experienced Director of Asset Management to lead our portfolio of affordable housing and commercial properties in Cambridge, MA.
The position reports to the Executive Director and manages a third‑party property manager to maintain high occupancy and strong financial performance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in real estate finance or asset management, with a Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred.
