This is a pay-per-visit position, offering compensation based on completed visits rather than a traditional salaried structure.

What You'll Do

As a Clinic-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of communication needs.
• Provide individualized, evidence-informed speech and language therapy in our Asheville clinic.
• Develop functional, meaningful treatment goals that reflect each child’s needs and family priorities.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to support communication beyond the therapy room.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to provide coordinated, whole-child care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Celebrate progress and help children build confidence in their communication skills.

Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Is passionate about pediatric speech-language therapy.
• Values child-led, family-centered care.

• Is motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Appreciates collaboration and opportunities to learn from other clinicians.
• Is interested in a part-time schedule with primarily afterschool availability.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• North Carolina SLP license or eligibility for NC licensure.
• ASHA certification or eligibility for certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Feeding or AAC experience is a plus.
