Current opportunity: Client Account Manager (CAM) looking for a detail-oriented person to work with the management team overseeing projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with client account management team and information management team via telephone and email
• Answering high volume of incoming calls
• Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors
• Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range
• Data entry
• Processing purchase orders, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must have a strong background in customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Dependable team-player.
