Administrative Clerk Shift 1

Overview The Warehouse Clerk plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations through accurate data management, reporting, and system updates. This position requires strong Excel and ERP skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable partnering cross-functionally to deliver clear insights that support operational decision-making. Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Overtime: Occasional overtime as business needs require. Pay rate: $23.00 Responsibilities Maintain and analyze warehouse operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Create, update, and manage Excel-based reports using advanced formulas and pivot tables. Leverage ERP systems (SAP preferred) to track inventory movements, transactions, and discrepancies. Prepare daily, weekly, and ad hoc performance reports related to warehouse operations. Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and planning teams to communicate data insights. Identify data inconsistencies and proactively resolve issues. Support deadlines and reporting requirements in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Assist with documentation, data validation, and process tracking as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma 1 - 3 years’ relevant experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables (Power Query a plus). Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems. Solid data analysis and reporting capabilities. High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data. Ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional partners. Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Prior exposure to warehouse operations data or logistics environments. Logistics experience. Physical Requirements Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting items weighing up to 15 pounds.
