Five Star Beach Properties is looking for a high-performing Vacation Specialist to join our team onsite in our Miramar Beach, Florida location. Our vacation specialists are focused daily on providing a smooth and effortless search for guests looking to book a vacation while also providing customer service for our guests currently staying in our homes. The vacation specialist position requires someone who is incentive driven, business-minded, strong attention to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A love of the beach, direct sales and a desire to make people happy is a definite plus!

Five Star Beach Properties is a leading rental management company located in Miramar Beach, FL. At Five Star Beach Properties, we are looking to provide our potential guests and repeat customers with the best experience they can receive on the Emerald Coast. Members of our Vacation Specialist are the voice of our company and they play a big role in day to day operations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of sales or reservations experience.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledgeable about the Destin, Miramar and 30A area.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Able to effectively communicate and negotiate if needed
• Numbers driven, sales driven and motivated by a goal.
• Self-starter, team player and always looking to improve.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering multiple calls, emails and chats messages.
• Planning vacations and recommending based on guests needs.
• Providing excellent customer service, even in difficult situations.
• Offering a helping hand to other departments and team members.
• Following up with leads to continue establishing a relationship with a potential guest.
• Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints
• Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
• Meet sales objectives
• Coordinate communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery
• Using techniques and strategies to close a sale in a timely manner.
• Making a connection with each guest and working to create a Five Star guest for life

$17 an hour + commission
