Digital Delivery Manager

The OpportunityPAE is looking for a dynamic Digital Delivery Manager to lead digital delivery strategy, standards, and execution across PAE’s Mission Critical sector, supporting the firm’s data center and other mission critical projects. This role assesses effort, develops project-specific delivery strategies, forecasts resource demand, and supports proposals. We embrace innovation, transparency, sustainability, and lifelong curiosity.What You'll DoLead digital delivery across key projects within an assigned region or sector, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, deliverables, and quality expectationsProvide technical authority and oversight for digital delivery across assigned area, ensuring digital execution approaches align with firm standardsAnalyze scopes of work to assess digital delivery needs, estimate level of effort, forecast resource demand, and support project proposalsPartner with Project Managers, discipline leaders, and firmwide Digital Delivery leadership to define scope and develop project-specific Digital Delivery Plans and delivery strategiesLead and manage the BIM group, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management, while promoting PAE’s culture and valuesGuide project teams on digital workflows, model setup, coordination processes, and deliverable expectations throughout the project lifecycleEnsure consistent implementation of firmwide BIM standards, templates, content libraries, BIM Execution Plans, and digital delivery workflows across the assigned areaEnsure compliance with applicable quality management benchmarks across digital delivery processes and project executionManage project model environments and collaboration platforms, including ACC, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related toolsEnsure project teams have the software, system access, and technical support needed to execute digital delivery requirements effectivelyMonitor model health, coordination quality, and delivery performance across projects to identify risks, track trends, and support corrective actionEstablish expectations, clarify accountability, and address risks that may affect quality, coordination, or milestone outcomesServe as the point of contact and primary escalation point for digital delivery support within the assigned region or sectorCoordinate staffing and align area demand with broader team resources in partnership with the Director of Design Technology and firmwide Digital Delivery leadershipSupport the growth of Digital Delivery staff and champion process improvement, digital innovation, and broader use of tools supporting Digital Engineering, Asset Data, and Digital TwinsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You BringBachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience10+ years of BIM, digital delivery, or related experience in the AEC industryDemonstrated experience and success in people leadership and developing, coaching, and mentoring teamsDemonstrated success leading digital delivery on complex, multidisciplinary projectsExperience with staffing, workload planning, and resource coordination in a project-based environmentProven experience working with Project Managers, discipline leaders, clients, and firm leadership on digital delivery scope, coordination, and project outcomesRelevant professional credential or advanced certification in BIM, digital delivery, Autodesk platforms, or related technology preferredWillingness to travel within the assigned region or sector and occasionally to other PAE offices or project sitesStrong leadership skills that support accountability, staff growth, and team performanceAbility to lead digital delivery across multiple projects while balancing quality, schedule, staffing, and operational prioritiesSound judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving in complex delivery environmentsExperience with staffing, workload planning, and resource coordinationStrong communication and relationship-building skills with staff, project teams, clients, and leadershipStrong understanding of AEC workflows, especially multidisciplinary MEP coordination and project deliveryAbility to implement BIM standards, digital delivery workflows, and model quality requirements across projects and teamsStrong technical understanding of model environments, collaboration platforms, and digital delivery toolsAbility to monitor delivery performance, identify risks, manage escalations, and support corrective actionCommitment to continuous improvement and digital innovationWhat We OfferHiring Base Salary Range: $106,000-$133,600 annualThis position is eligible for time and a half overtime payThe base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, employees are eligible for annual compensation reviews based on performance and business needs.
