We're looking for a Quality Manager who can walk into a results-driven environment, earn respect through action, and keep things moving — day in and day out.About the RoleAs Quality Manager, you'll take full ownership of our quality management system and everything that flows through it. From audits and inspections to corrective actions and customer complaints, you'll be the person who makes sure our products meet the standards our customers and regulators expect — and that our team is accountable for getting there.This isn't a behind-the-desk role. You'll be on the floor, in the details, and at the table with production, engineering, and purchasing to solve problems and drive continuous improvement. You'll manage a team of quality inspectors and quality control personnel, setting the tone with clear expectations, steady leadership, and a genuine commitment to doing things right.What You'll Be DoingManaging and maintaining a robust QMS in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standardsOverseeing product inspections, audits, and testing of materials, components, and finished goodsInvestigating defects, identifying root causes, and leading corrective and preventive actionsPlanning, prioritizing, and scheduling daily department workflow to keep things on trackManaging supplier and vendor quality in collaboration with the Purchasing teamCollecting and analyzing quality data and KPIs to identify trends and drive improvementAddressing customer quality complaints with urgency and a clear corrective action processLeading internal and external audits and coordinating the annual ISO management reviewOverseeing non-conforming material handling, calibration records, and documentation complianceWhat We're Looking ForYou're someone who holds the line — not by being the loudest voice in the room, but by being the most prepared.
