As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania at the Longwood Branch located at 883 East Baltimore Pike Kennett Square, PA 19348. Job Description Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Achieve business results through leadership and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners. Proactively manage leads and referral generation, leveraging bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households. Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue, translating client information into actionable sales strategy and tactics. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI, working across partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage. Identify and introduce the client to the most appropriate resources and hold partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow‑up. Deliver a differentiated client experience through advanced conversational skills and tailored solutions for deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing. Solve client problems courteously and with urgency, escalating when necessary. Collaborate with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities and create referrals, working closely with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to expand share of wallet. Create client loyalty and grow client share by engaging clients in the lobby, positioning PNC products, and educating on financial transaction options using technology and resources. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss, and participate in daily branch operations with efficiency and accuracy. Education: Bachelor’s degree Certifications: No required certification(s) Licenses: Candidates will be required to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state and may be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
