We are seeking an experienced Regional Service Manager to lead, coach, and develop a growing team of field service technicians throughout the East Coast.

This position is responsible for managing approximately 10-12 field technicians, driving service performance, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting the continued growth of the service organization.

The ideal candidate will come from a field service environment involving physical equipment such as HVAC, elevators, escalators, industrial equipment, commercial laundry, medical equipment, building systems, or other electromechanical products.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 field service technicians
• Support technician performance, training, and career development
• Drive service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Assist with scheduling, workforce planning, and field operations
• Resolve escalated customer issues and service challenges
• Conduct field audits and ensure adherence to service procedures
• Partner with technical support, operations, and parts departments
• Monitor technician performance metrics and operational KPIs
• Support inventory and parts management initiatives
• Travel throughout the East Coast to support technicians and customers

Qualifications:
• Experience managing field service technicians
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Background supporting electromechanical, industrial, commercial, or technical equipment
• Experience handling customer escalations and service operations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel approximately 25-50%; travel schedules are planned in advance, with all company-related travel expenses covered
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or service management systems is a plus
