Dermatology for Animals Palm Beach Gardens is looking for a Client Service Representative to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. Dermatology for Animals Palm Beach Gardens is a dermatology specialty practice conveniently located inside the Veterinary Neurology & Imaging Center focusing on canine and feline dermatologic care. With 25 locations nationwide, you'll feel the support of an interconnected specialty network while enjoying the comfort of a small local practice. We are open Monday Thursday from 8a - 5p.

You're willing and able to:

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients
• Assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow
• Assist in scheduling appointments and procedures
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
• Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments
• Assist in maintaining relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems
• Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts
• Be willing to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members
