Cherry Picker Operator | $18/hr | Day Shift + Overtime

  • Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or Finish
  • Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or Finish

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual/Spanish-Speaking Cherry Picker Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in Rincon, GA. This position will primarily focus on picking orders using a cherry picker while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety. Candidates must be comfortable working at elevated heights and working extended hours, as overtime is expected and shifts may continue until the work is finished.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a cherry picker to pick and retrieve orders throughout the warehouse.
• Locate, select, and transport products according to customer orders.
• Verify products, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity expectations.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to complete daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous Cherry Picker experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at elevated heights.
• Ability to work Sunday through Friday and stay until the work is finished.
• Must be comfortable working frequent overtime and extended hours.
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety are required.
