Data Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Data Program Manager to lead multiple, interconnected data transformation initiatives within a growing, mission-driven organization. This role manages a portfolio of complex programs spanning cloud data platforms, analytics modernization, and real-time data capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of multiple, interdependent data transformation programs from planning through execution Manage program plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource alignment across teams Establish KPIs to track delivery, data quality, performance, and adoption Partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive alignment, communication, and change management Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; elevate decisions with clear impact analysis Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineering, BI, infrastructure, and platform teams Provide clear status reporting, documentation, and governance throughout the program lifecycle Qualifications 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience delivering complex technology or data transformations Strong technical background in cloud data platforms and large-scale data migrations Proven experience managing multiple concurrent programs with shared dependencies Expertise in stakeholder management, executive communication, and change leadership Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and modern project management tools Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent experience) Full-time (40 hours/week) Hybrid work environment (onsite presence in Southern California required) This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on program leader who enjoys solving complex data challenges while driving meaningful organizational change. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Planet Group
