With data, automation, and modern software, the platform helps customers tackle high-impact business challenges at scale About the Role This is a highly cross-functional position at the intersection of customers, product, and technology. You'll work closely with users to understand their most important challenges, implement solutions, and help drive successful adoption of the platform. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to shape product direction and ensure customers are realizing meaningful value. What You'll Do Partner directly with customers to understand workflows, priorities, and operational challenges Design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision‑making Translate business needs into scalable workflows, integrations, and technical solutions What We're Looking 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, operational, strategic, or technical solutions Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and driving initiatives to complete Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Technical experience, coding ability, or familiarity with data and software systems is a plus Additional Information Onsite role in NYC, Boston, or Washington DC Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits Opportunity to work directly with leadership and have significant ownership Travel may be required based on the customer and business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
