Customer Support Representative
Support a customer-facing team in delivering prompt, convenient, and professional service to assigned clients. You'll help manage the order process and handle important administrative and follow-up tasks that keep client service running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist the customer-facing team with client requests and service needs.
- Proactively manage the order process.
- Support back-end tasks such as invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients.
- Learn product information quickly and apply it to clients' needs.
- Help ensure a professional, responsive client experience.
Qualifications
- At least one year of business-to-business (B2B) client or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Quick to learn product information and apply it to client situations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work hybrid from one of the listed locations if converted to full-time.
