Senior Manager, Administration

The Role Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll act as a trusted operational partner, ensuring the organisation's administrative, financial and people functions operate efficiently while supporting strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include: Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership. Leading cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements. Managing administrative operations and implementing best practice processes. Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, purchasing and resource planning. Coordinating complex calendars, meetings and travel arrangements. Preparing presentations, reports and executive briefing materials. Leading, mentoring and developing an administrative team. Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives. Managing relationships with internal departments including IT, Facilities, Procurement and Finance. Coordinating stakeholder visits, events and senior-level meetings. Monitoring performance, identifying operational risks and implementing solutions. Ensuring high standards of governance, compliance and confidentiality. About You You'll be an organised, proactive and commercially minded professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting senior leaders. You'll ideally have: Previous experience in a senior administration, operations or business support leadership role. Experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams. Experience managing budgets, expenses and financial reporting. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. High levels of discretion, professionalism and sound judgement. Experience with Workday, Airtable or Canva would be advantageous.
