Associate Director, Market Research - Systemic Mastocytosis

Responsibilities Orchestrate a highly relevant and impactful insight agenda for the US Systemic Mastocytosis business Be a highly valued strategic thought partner to the US Commercial team Effectively support / inform standard US Commercial business processes Cultivate strong partnerships across a matrixed internal environment Cultivate relationships with the Insights vendor community Effectively manage projects, driving collaboration between internal and external teams Communicate data / insights clearly and concisely Requirements Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferred A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech market research Strong primary market research capabilities with understanding of various methodologies Excellent project management skills Strong strategic thinking and business acumen Knowledge of secondary/syndicated pharmaceutical data sources Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in pharmaceutical market research, project management, and strategic thinking, with a strong ability to communicate insights effectively across various organizational levels.
