Trust & Estates Attorney

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Fully Onsite) A boutique law firm is seeking a mid-level Trusts & Estates Transactional Attorney to join its Palm Beach Gardens, FL office. This role focuses exclusively on sophisticated estate planning and trust administration. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional Trusts & Estates experience and be comfortable working closely with senior partners on complex estate planning matters. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Florida 4+ years of transactional Trusts & Estates experience Extensive experience drafting wills, trusts, estate plans, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents Experience with sophisticated estate planning or trust administration Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills Ability to manage matters independently in a collaborative environment Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000.
