$125,000 to $135,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Relocation Assistance Available for U.S. Based Candidates
We're partnered with a well-established hospitality group looking for an experienced General Manager to lead one of their busiest locations in Atlantic City.
This is a big opportunity to oversee a $15M+ annual volume restaurant with an established team, strong systems, and an exciting brand. The ideal candidate is a proven operator who can confidently step into a high-performing business, lead from the front, and continue driving exceptional guest experiences and financial results.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in high-volume environments, and knows how to build a culture where both guests and employees want to return.
What We're Looking For
- Previous General Manager experience within a premium casual or upscale full-service restaurant
- Experience overseeing $15M+ annual volume restaurants
- Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management experience
- Exceptional people leadership and team development skills
- Hands-on operator who enjoys being visible on the floor
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and developing future leaders
